Feedback wanted: Custom Grill Ponies

A friend of mine will be making these shortly. These are just some rough shots of a few test ponies. I do not have any information yet on pricing or availability other than he will be using the oem Ford emblem as a base to ensure 100% fitment and long term quality.

Will this require removal of the existing pony or does it go over top?

Will they be Ford licensed?

It replaces it. It's an oem part, just painted.

There will be. I suspect competition orange would be next up, but that's what this thread is about; what is there demand for.

I'd like a black one.

It's not removable and the panel with it installed is ridiculously expensive.

Link? I know mine didn't want to come off in any easy fashion and to my knowledge you can't purchase the GT separately from the panel.

That doesn't help when you have to produce them for sale and replacement.

Well, they are a separate piece, so if you could get your hands on them, I don't see why you couldn't paint those as well.

I really like some of the airbrush work and colors on the ponies that autobadges.com sells but they're ridiculously expensive. If you guys could do something like that for cheaper, I'm all over it. A ruby red flame pony on a black base would be SO awesome.
