I'm thinking I should toss that inflator kit in favor or more storage space since so many people seem to have issues with it.

IF someone designed a full size storage compartment for there I'd buy it in a heartbeat

I plan on keeping my inflator on the back seat floor in case I need it.

It's for power and engine safety at the same time.

This video explains almost everything. It's not quite the same as nitrous.
