I'm very curious about how much massaging needs to be done or if I just need to buy Watson's weld in new tunnel. I'm hoping it's not like some crazy 2-3 inch shit. :(

It's brutiful. Are you going to mod your shifter boot to work with it or did you get a new center console?

JPC said their go to was a standard shift boot, so ill give it a try. If i dont like it ill fab something up.

Just by looking at it im not sure ill have to massage the tunnel any but i will report back on that when the time comes.

Watson told me you do, they sell a weld in tunnel for it.:(

Side note why did you go with the Baer kit over Aerospace? Just noticed.

Of course the sell a weld in tunnel haha more money I guess. Nothing a BFH can't handle.

Easier to run 15's, could get them in grabber and matching front rotors for the Brembos.

Well they said I could massage or buy a tunnel. I mean I get not everyone wants to bang on their tunnels.

Pardon my ignorance please, how is the Baer easier to run 15s over the Aerospace? I thought both could easily. I knew the Aerospace needed some shaving on a bolt though. I don't suppose the Baer kit weighs about 35lbs too does it?

At this point if i need to beat it a little i will. Hell also doesn't hurt to have a chassis shop next door if we do need more major work.

Baer is super light, I didn't weigh it tho. Baer is the grind one head of a bolt.
Areo is grind two spots on caliper, the same bolt head and lower control arm if i'm not mistaken. The super fast na guy did a thread on it.

Doesn't get more convenient then that!

Rbs550 is who you're referring. Sounds like Baer is the way to go.

Yes sir! but even if Areo was the same, I still would have went with Baer for the looks and being able to match the front rotors and keep the Brembos.

Cant wait to see this car finished. The only problem i have with the bear setup is the brake pads are so aggresive it eats the rotors and startes cracking. The brake dust and rotor dust is horrible. I have about 1000 miles on mine and the rotors are shot. gunna try and find some new style rotors and a less abrasive pad to replace the ones it came with
