Pros and cons with the aluminium flywheel. If I was to upgrade my clutch from stock what flywheel would you recommend. I'm running the roush phase one, which may go to phase 2 in the future.

great for racing but trickier in everyday driving, stop and go, so like other things you have decide what matters more

I had an aluminum flywheel in my audi race car. It sucked. I would advise against it. Daily drivability was terrible, and the low end torque was gone.

I have an aluminum in my 04 Mach 1. Like these guys have said it's a little trickier to drive on a daily but you get used to it if you drive it regularly. I love how quick it revs up and also how quickly the revs fall too. You will get noticeably more NVH or at least I did but I also did an aluminum shaft at the same time so it may have been a little of each.
