Not sure if anyone has raised this specifically but 2016 brochure has parking sensors (front and rear) as well as separate to rear view camera.

This would be handy on front considering complaints I have heard from new owners not being able to judge the long front?

Hi Kevin, thanks for your message. We can confirm that the Mustang will come with Rear Sensors only. What you have seen is an error is our brochure that is being corrected as we speak. FordService^CZ

My 2016 Mustang GT only has rear Sensors and the Camera. Some Dealers will quote and fit generic Front Sensors. The 2016 Brochure stated we got rear floor mats and that was incorrect.

You've gotta laugh don't you. They fix the error in the brochure regarding rear floor mats, and then change what was correct regarding front sensors not being included, and make the brochure incorrect by saying they are standard!

Re the availability of front sensors, my Dealer advises that what they supply are third party and will not integrate into Sync2/3. He said that normally when sensors are added they have a visual guide display that they mount on the dash. His thought was don't do that and I totally agree. I will be getting front sensors but will have them wired only for audio (unless some genius out there can work out how to get them to be visually incorporated into Sync2/3)

Yep agree Frostee, the visual display on the dash is not for me too. You know anyone in Melbourne who can install the front sensors? I have a feeling the dealership prices are highway robbery but I could be wrong.

Why not fit a camera ?
They are available for around $50- $60.
I have one fitted to the front of my 300c SRT8 after ripping the front off a few times.
The new GT I have is actually 5cms higher than the SRT8. So shouldn't have the same problems.

The aftermarket front sensors the dealer installed into mine doesn't have any visual display on dash, uses beeps (possibly through audio system, although could be wrong).

Has anyone found any parking sensors that will connect into the SYNC2?

I just got quoted $995 for front sensors by my dealer. Seems too high?

Does anyone know any good places that do them in Melbourne?

That does seem high. I'll be changing my order to include them when the car arrives and was quoted about $600.

I don't have the exact price I was given over the phone but that's pretty close I'd say.

Is this from a Victorian dealer? How can there be such a difference
