I'm happy for you. We are slowly getting our cars. This is the worst rollout I've ever seen. Keep in mind when the Mustang came out they were expecting to sell 50,000 and they sold almost 500,000. This is a total CF.

Thanks for the support gents, car has 310 miles, mostly from the drive from OH to MI. The 250 miles return trip really gave me a feel for the car and I would recommend a similar journey if picking your car up. I am extremely impressed with the composure of the car under normal driving, and once you build the revs up near 3700 rpm you start to realize what this thing is really capable of!

If you don't mind, when did you order? Once you received your VIN how long before it was built?
Oh and by the way, how in the hell did you get 1/37 produced.

It's my No. 2 son's car. Think he tossed his name in the hat in late May or early June, car was assembled in late July, sat in storage until some early production issues were corrected. He knew early on he was receiving No. 15. I am not privy to how the process went, but suffice it to say the speculation that all of the '15 R production went to pre-annointed buyers isn't far off the mark.

I wish the PP had oil temp instead of the vacuum gauge...Beautiful car by the way!

Side note: Weird that the barrel of the CF wheel is not the same color as the face. Anybody know the reasoning behind this, or am I looking at it weird?
