Dodge is paying attention to the class action suit - customer waiver

Found this interesting - perhaps driven in part by the recent class action suit against Ford.

The contract should also have "customer will not resell the vehicle for at least the first 1 year of ownership".

This to prevent what inevitably is going to happen - dealer owners will buy the Demon themselves to get around the no ADM rule, and then sell it at a massive markup to some idiot.

supposedly my local dodge store is getting 3 and they are all spoken for at 130k
