The 1st V8 in The Netherlands.....?

Hi Folks,

New here. Just ordered my car today.

Spec:

- Coupe 5.0GT. Manual transmission.
- Magnetic
- Saddle interior
- Parking sensors
- Heated/cooled seats
- Nav/Sync 2.0

Basically, I wanted the black wheels and brown interior, so couldnt order the Custom pack, but ticked all the options otherwise

As far as the dealer knows, this is the first customer ordered V8 car in the whole country. Cool!

Car should be built in June, with delivery in September.

Any other Dutch members here, anyone know of any other V8 cars in NL?

Welcome and congrats, you're gonna love it no doubt!

There are currently 4 registered GTs in the Netherlands:

A Deep Impact Blue manual Fastback (HG445D)
A Ruby Red automatic Convertible (HJ553R)
A Race Red automatic Convertible (HN338V)
A Race Red manual Fastback (HX437J)

The first one is a demo from Ford Netherlands which was used during the recent 24 Hour of Mustang event by Autoblog.

The 2nd and 4th are demo cars from Broekhuis Ford (Amersfoot and Harderwijk). The third one is also a bussiness registration but I don't know who ownes it (could be somebody's company car, or another demo as well).

So if you're buying it privately you are indeed the first

I ordered the car with Broekhuis in Harderwijk today - I drove their red GT.

Didn't think anyone would love the Mustang enough to buy a V8 in the Netherlands

Congrats Alex, you must be very brave to order V8 in Netherlands.

I hope you are aware that you loose the real stitching, the premium leather quality, and the soft upper door panel without custom pack aren't you?

....but you will LOVE that V8 growl and sheer power! Congrats!

The only question i have when I already put such a huge amount of money on the table for a Stang (which is obviously an awesome car) - why no imported Shelby 350?

Congratz, so why didn't you buy an M4, Porsche or a Tesla Model S (P85D)? All are better AND faster cars and cost about the same.
Edit: If I had over 120k to spend on a car, it wouldn't have been a Mustang. Sorry guys, but that's how it is. It's nice but not 120k nice.
