Just reinsured the womans ST last night £60 more for the ST than the mustang.

Interestingly enough if I put me as the main driver on her ST and her as the named driver it actually brought the quote down nearly £100 too. Even though we're both on 10+ years no claims etc. only difference is i've been driving 22 years she's been driving 19

Always the way. Good tip to always add a spouse as named driver if they are over 25 and have a clean record!

Just insured mine through A Plan and saved £250 with mods added, business miles added, a lower excess and increased annual mileage.

Still not cheap for an old fart and clean licence with a car than spends 99% of it's time in a locked alarmed garage with ram posts and cctv :)

I'm with esure on three of my cars. They have proven to be very reasonable on quotes and I e just had my renewal for my GT86. Guess what... it's actually cheaper than their quote on go compare!! There's a first!!

No admin fee then???
No....DL don't charge admin fees.... made loads of changes last year as I was modding the car:D. Cost hardly anything, and they always issued at updated certificate with the declared mods....

I put a different mate on last year, for a bit of a Euro trek.... that was £1.70:D

I'll have to look at DL next year then. My Van and Landrover are with them and they're bloody cheap on them!!

Esure charge £30 or thereabouts for any changes, as do Bennett Bike insurance.
