Hello,
I know this is an old thread, but my car has started not displaying parking pilot and no reverse lights when gearbox is warm. I'm convinced it's the switch as it aometimes works if you push the gear lever when in reverse.
Question is, did this get sorted? Im worried the Ford dealer just look at me funny and hit the car with hammer..

Have you tried battery reset or sync reset? if not trie that.. if still an issue, maybe a dodgey fuse, switch, or connectors etc.
