They have probably forgotten about them and they are left alone, on a pier in a rain :(
I think I'm close to creating a denial of service attack on the tracking website, given the amount of times I have hit refresh today!

Fingers crossed they are on board and they're just a little slow updating the tracking information.

Got an email from my dealer, car has been delivered in the UK. Early than he expected. This has left me with a dilemma.

I get paid at the end of the month and have car payment (i go via Ford Options) out on the 1st of each month. The original plan was to pick up the car late September so I could make first payment in Nov, essentially meaning I didn't have a car payment in October just as a nice rest bite. He now says he can get it to me earlier, not given me an exact date yet (i've asked) but assume its start of Sept. However if I do that I can't stretch first payment out until Nov so it'll be Oct instead.

So -

late Sept delay the finance and give myself an easier month
early Sept - no delay but get car quicker

I can afford not skipping, but I've not long bought a house so it's a nice bit of cash to do a few bits but nothing major. The other factor is my current car insurance ends of Sept 2nd, and I have some time off work so if its early Sept i can drop car off to them to P/X and not worry about renewing insurance for a weeks.

Ultimately it comes down to how early he can get me the car!!!

For those who want to track vessel in open water.
FindShip app seems to update position daily even offshore :)

Missing Mustang

Hi all

(I have a similar post on one other forum so apologies if you have already read something along these lines).

I paid the deposit for mine in March and it was built on 19th July. From there I can get no updates as its been stuck on "Awaiting Shipment" for nearly 4 weeks.

It doesn't appear to be at the port yet... but I'm getting no responses.

Has anyone ordered in a similar time period and if so how long was the time between build to getting to Baltimore and assigned s ship?

I was hoping for September but I'm guessing more likely October / November :-(

Mine was 8 weeks from when it was built to when it left Baltimore,

Shouldn't be much longer for you as most peoples were shipped within 4-6weeks when I was researching this issue

Mine was built the same date, arrived Baltimore 2nd August, left Baltimore 8th August.
What's your VIN number?

Try messaging or tagging FordService this used to be Deysha in the US and she was great at knowing what was going on over there. And keep emailing Karen & Stacey, they will come back to you.

Mine was built a month before yours and is only on it's way over now.

Hang in there, bud. Hopefully you will see an update soon.
