So i went up to a car show a few hundred miles from my place,on a highway where the speed limit is 75. I rareley in daily drive take it over 60,So I never discovered the issue till now. Traveling between 70 and 80 the driveshaft vibrated enough to make the car shake.

I had my carrier bearing fail twice in 20k miles on my 13 Boss.... anybody had the bearing fail on the 550?

FWIW At 22K miles my 15 GT is having a complete drive shaft put in because of a bad carrier bearing. Slight vibration at 70+mph. I took it in for an oil change Monday and asked them to look at the drive shaft. Bingo. Lots of movement. It's covered under warranty.

Which according to a bunch of people makes for even more vibrations.

Are there any 1 piece shafts that are as smooth as a new OEM one?
I ran a Dynotech aluminum before I went to CF. It was as smooth as silk. One of the best mods I did NA.
