Can the motherboard support multiple monitors? The mother board needs to have the necessary inputs so u can support 3 monitors
DisplayPort 1.2 supports multiple monitors on a single port.

display mirroring will mirror the same output across all monitors usually you turn that off in multi monitor setups. i'd have to check what the cherry trail cpu is capable of but I highly doubt its capable of driving 3 monitors most discrete gpu's would struggle with that

I would look at the quality of your video card/drivers. A mother board card will have problems with that much work, a dedicated card should be able to handle it. Get a good dedicated card with multiple HDMI ports and you can drive 3 monitors easy. This display port magic.. Will just bite you in the ass.
