What does it take with the kit to hit around 800whp? That seems to be the limit of the short-block...
With the previous gen 2 full exhaust and e85 with a 3.5 inch pulley would be about 14 psi peak and you would crack 800 no problem.

I will be on E85 for safety. Also does the 6 rib have any issues going to 14psi with no slip? I take it I don't need the oversized balancer for this? Sorry, just new to this.... and trying to plan.

not needed, but bigger balancer, with bigger upper, is less slip

So I need the 10 rib for a better belt situation and less issues. Noted....

I want to do this once and do it right.... Thank you.

To address the fuel system.. Stage 2 with 1050's for E85?

Like I said. If you can afford to go bigger than 1050's, do it now.

Tuner kit with the upgraded throttle body if you're doing your own injectors and tuning with lund

Thanks for your patience guys... I am going with the 10 rib setup and 20% OD.

I wanted to know about pulleys Vs. Boost.

Can I run a 4" on street and Switch to 3.5 at track with no tune adjustment?

What kind of boost levels can I expect at on different pulleys? I would like around 800hp.

I have full exhaust and OPG's. I plan on having rev limiter set down. Prob no more WOT shifts lol

If we are talking gen 2 a 3.5 with a 20% OD will give you about 15 psi and 17 peak at sea level. If you are running E85 just leave that pulley combo all the time.

Gen 3 with a 20% crank and 3.75 blower will make 17 - 18 psi I believe, you would be pushing the limits of the stock motor IMO. Maybe stick with a stock dia crank pulley as the 20% is worth about 3 - 4 psi increase.

Cute but we have most mustang kits in stock and at worst have 1-2 week lead time.

We keep right on up with the centrifugal setups, on pump gas apps we destroy them.
Times must have changed since my buddy ordered his kit over the supper. It took him at least 4 weeks to get it and the kit was packaged without the hand held tuner and a few other items. It was no big deal because whipple overnighted the parts but they are not perfect. Any of the blowers are going to make more power than you will be able to put down on the track with that stick. I bought a paxton then decided to autoswap my car before I ever put it on. I just didn't feel like spending time breaking parts and chasing traction. It is just embarassing having a stick car with 700WHP and running 11s. I would go with the turbo and ID1300 injectors. You will always want to go faster than you think.
