First track trip with the Whipple

My guess is this car is running a 20% overdrive balancer and a 3.5 inch blower pulley making around 17 psi peak.:shrug:

Thats impressive mph for those pulleys. Timing is probably 22+

M/T et street r 17-45-305 no cage or roll bar some times they let run and some times I get kicked out

only weight reduction is race stars all the way around and my passenger seat out and a full exhaust

first time out with the car on this setup first pass was a 9.37 leaving at idle due to stock suspension went for a hot lap and backed it up with a 9.38 still getting her dialed in ill keep you guys posted you can also follow the car on my Instagram _s550Chris_

yes I have Opg and sprocket and for timing we were north of 22 car sits on racestars 17's all the way around

E85 makes those timing numbers possible thus running the numbers it does.

I wonder what kind of timing they get with pump gas.

I wasn't disagreeing just making reference to the mph, as for the gen 3 making 800 rwhp it's believable but imo not on 10 psi.;)

Nearly stock weight and 149? I'd bet the car makes about 1,000 hp, easy.

With 17+ psi and a Whipple kit is definitely achievable and awesome to do with but how long will the motor leave it’s another question... props to you guys those are awesome numbers nonetheless!! We will be trying to get close to those number with a little less boost on my gen 2 Whipple ;)
