I know, 20" and lightweight don't usually go hand in hand, but I'm sure there are plenty of lighter wheels on the market than the 32lb 20" behemoths that Ford gives us as an option. Not looking to spend an arm and a leg either. Something under $2k for the set.

I'm also open to 19" as long as the spokes go to the edge to give the illusion of a bigger wheel.

Advan, HRE, TSW, Forgestar, Wedsport, Enkei (not sure if they go above 18")... I'm sure there are quite a few others and of those listed, not all models are light.

Is that how much are 20's weigh? Thinking about switching to something else too. but damn do these rims look good, and i dont get beat on the roads often, gtr, hennessey GT, 2009ish Z06 have been the only cars to walk away from me.

For instance i just did the first s550 on 20x10 and 20x11 rf2 wheels, the weight savings was very impressive

Rear 20x11 with 315 invo was 55.55 lbs

tire rack claiming 2 to 4 lbs lighter than stock

I went with a 20 inch for a winter set up and was concerned about the weight as well . A 20 will weigh more with a larger tire as well. Since I am going to keep my staggered PP set up I went with a 20 by 8.5 for the new setup. These were on clearance so about 119 each .. just finished the test fit today.. and ordered some 275 40 20 Goodyear sports to complete the squared set up.

275 will definitely fit fat on an 8.5" wheel... for a real winter tire setup you should have stuck with the skinnier 255 on that size wheel.

how much exactly did that 8.5" wide wheel weigh?

I think the point in this thread is lightweight performance wheels...so wheels coming in lighter and wider than PP wheels would be optimal to list in here.

These also weigh about 4lbs less than stock and look similar to the PP wheel you could get a 20x 10 for the rear and 20 x9 for front..I checked and they were at 99.00 each

now you're talking!
In 20x10 those Y-Sport at 32lbs they only save about 1lb from stock PP, but at least they give you more width for a square setup at all four corners...and for $99 like you said, that's hard to beat.

noticed your S-Sports above also come in 20x9.5 for those wanting a width for 275 to fit right. And at 30lbs, save about 2-3 off PP for $119 per.

Here's a decent one that would look great on that blue, saves 3-4 pounds per wheel over PP, reasonable price, and gives a 20x10.5 square setup to put 295/30/20s all the way around if you want.

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=V99296530BZ&wheelMake=Verde&wheelModel=AX&wheelFinish=Bronze+Painted&showRear=yes&selectedRear=V99216545BZ&autoMake=Ford&autoModel=Mustang+Fastback&autoYear=2015&autoModClar=GT+w%2F+Performance+Pkg

also in gunmetal...

or this for some fanciness in 20x10.5 @ 28.5lbs... still saving 3-4 from stock PP
