How does one dyno a 2400HP car? Do you attach a 747 to it and see how fast you can tow it?

I think once you go over 2000hp, the proper dyno procedure is 3 747's.... with their brakes on.

It's actually a tedious procedure with laser measurements to detect how far your eyes get sucked into your skull.

You don't dyno it.. You look at fuel consumption and displacement to figure out how much brake HP it's making. AEM Infinity does a good job, give or take 50hp.

At 8885 rpm are you gear limited at that speed, or is there more revs to come?

Lol.. the tps max set point was probably a tenth of a percent off. Or we were trying to shove a foot through the floor.

That's just a snap shot for rpm and data. It'll go 9200rpm, and makes peak power around 9k with the cam and runner length. Rate of acceleration was still climbing pretty steadily. Should go 265ish mph as is.

We'll probably do a lockup converter to get another 8-10mph out of it. So, 270-275 will be the upper limit.
