Hey guys, I’m hoping to get examples of flush and tucked aftermarket wheel offsets for the 350/350R. I’m sure this thread will come in handy for future wheel projects so please provide your info if applicable. Many of us are planning to lower our cars with several of the new springs coming out.
I’ve dug up the factory R specs below. The factory R spec rear wheel pokes out just over a quarter of an inch; this includes the 6GR R spec wheels too.
These are the factory R specs I pulled off the net, not sure how accurate they are:
1. Front rotors are 15.5 inches. The calipers add to the size considerably so watch for wheels where the inner drum has extra material. Rear rotors are 14.9 inches
2. Bolt pattern 5 x 114.3
3. Factory R Spec: Front Wheel is 19x11 and rear is 19x11.5
4. Stud diameter is 14mm with -1.50 pitch. Make sure your aftermarket wheels are not being compared to the standard S550 wheel stud. They are big!
5. Hub/Centerbore is approximately 70.5mm
6. Offset: Front 24mm / Rear 55mm
Standard GT350 stock specs:
1. Front 19x10.5, rear 19x11
2. Offset front 30mm, rear 62mm offset
I found a decent offset calculator online too. http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator
Here are my SV103 Signature Forged wheels bronze finish with tint. Zero wheel poke and fender flush at all four corners. Essentially I went with a type R front and stock rear. The car is lowered on FMS springs and I have no rubbing issues.
1. 20 x 11 square setup.
2. Front offset is 25mm.
3. Rear offset is 62 mm.
4. Tires are Sport Cup 2's 305/30/20
Here’s an example of the HRE 305 Classic that seem to fit fender flush. I called today to get the specs.
1. 19 x 11 square setup all the way around.
2. Front offset is 14 mm. Seems a little aggressive when compared to the factory front offset.
3. Rear offset is 56 mm. Keep mind this wheel is ½” thinner than the factory R spec.
This is an example of the Rotiform KPS Forged that seem to tuck under the fender. Rotiform has confirmed widths via email.
1. 20x10.5 Front
2. 20x11 Rear
3. The owner does not know the offsets. The vendor said they will only provide the offsets if you order a set of wheels..lame
IronChefs old setup. HRE RS105M. He had some rubbing issues with the rear caliper on the inner drum.
1. Front 19x11,
2. Rear 19x11.5 rear
3. Front offset +24
4. Rear offset +56
5. Tires 305/30 and 315/30 Cup2 tire
IronChefs current setup. Vossen CG205
1. Front 20x11
2. Rear 20x11.5
3. Front offset +24
4. Rear offset +60
5. Tires 285/30 and 305/30
