I've got a question: Which is the lightest one without sacrificing too much strength for road use and rare track days!?

The lightest is easily our R101 Lightweight where we have examples of wheels like our GT4 front, 20x8.5 which weights 16.00lbs, but the R101 Lightweight is only made for certain makes and models.
The first iteration, the R101, can be made for virtually any 5-lug or centerlock vehicle and be incredibly lightweight.

For example our R101 in 19x11 will weigh between 20.00-21.00lbs depending on offset and profile choices.

I'm interested if the lightweight is made on the GT350 stock profile:

19x10.5 30mm offset FRONT and 19x11.0 62mm offset REAR

What is the weight of this set-up?

19x10.5 ET35 we have weighted in at 20.50lbs exactly so that's probably the best we can guesstimate until we actually cut the wheel in that particular size. With an offset that high the backpad size is going to increase which means more material on the rear, so you'd probably see the weight increase over 21lbs for the 19x11 ET62.

Can you quote me a price? How accurate can you guesstimate the back wheel

Over 21lbs could mean 21.5, or 22, 23 and so on...
