Is anyone else interested in this? Maybe we can get something going. Would love to get black chrome/gloss black Cobra/GT350 side emblems.

Otherwise, I think plasti-dip is the only option to black out the emblems.

I am interested. More so for the front and rear emblems. I want to do a color other than red

Yea. I know they have painted emblems for regular Mustang badges. If there's enough interest for the GT350 badges, maybe the supplier will take notice. What color were you thinking?

The thought has crossed my mind to do blue front and rears to match the stripes. Something tells me I'm not the only one.

Blue with a black snake would be the way to go. Or white with a blue snake

I've talked to the supplier who are doing the regular Mustang badges, they said they are discussing about the Shelby logos, but nothing in the works. Probably due to the near non-existent demand for them.

I talked to chameleon also and he advised the raised ridges on the snake prevent an overlay.

Anyone try Perma Blue? I'm not sure what the emblems are made of though?

I'd be interested as well. The hard emblem to change is the rear panel emblem. the posts are melted to attach it.

Looks like ordering extra emblems will be cost prohibitive. You have to buy the entire grill or entire deck lid panel, you can't get the emblems on their own.
ikesgt350 : i like the idea, but also on the fence about the execution. I have seen a couple cars with added Shelby letters, badging, or the like and it seems a bit much. The car already speaks for itself in my opinion and doesn't need mo' Shelby.

It's like the old SNL skits where the cheesy guy always said "it needs more cowbell."
