I'll trade in my 500 mile 17 Avalanche Gray with black stripes in and $15k cash right now.
Advice:

Put an expiration on that offer or they will hold out for offers

6 months down the road are you still gonna think someone will pay 25k over msrp?

It all depends on what the next latest and greatest is going to be. Money is better spent on an R as opposed to money on a standard 350.

The R will retain value better. It just comes down to what you spend on the R. Large ADM's are lost money on the short term and will take a very long time to recoup until the car becomes a long term collectible. It all depends on future models and the overall direction that ford performance takes.

I'm a bit concerned about the future of these specialty cars at ford with headlines of major cutbacks. Specialty programs usually get the ax.

If I could get out of a standard 350 and into an R without losing my ass, I'd be all over it.

Best of luck OP. I hope they accept your offer.

Unfortunately many others will pay over msrp. 10k over I believe will be lowest they’ll take and it will definitely sell.
