Can anyone recommend a subwoofer that could be used as a drop in replacement of the stock subwoofer? I'm seeing people post about new head units, amps, ohms and am trying to find a simple solution to maintain the stock look while adding some extra punch to the bass when I finally get my car. I figure if I can the part now I can just put the new sub in when I install my raxiom sequencer. Saw some great info in the "upgrading just speakers" thread on the 6.5s and figured some extra light could be shined on the subs here as well.

Haven't heard of anything yet. No idea what's causing the aftermarket delay.

Usually the issue with these in car factory subs is that the factory box is way too small for any aftermarket drop-in to make a difference. You usually need more cubic feet and more watts.

Add 6 oz. of poly fill which you can find at any local hobby or crafts store. That'll give your stocker some more punch.
