GPS suggestions

So my car didn't come with Navigation, and I'm moving in about a month, and I want a really good satnav system. Anyone have any suggestions? Also want a good mount too.

I was thinking of that but my screen is too small and i would like a dedicated unit for nav.

You can get a Garmin with free lifetime traffic updates

Can't go wrong with a Garmin! Just don't get a TomTom. I hate to say it, but AppleMaps uses that and man... screws me every time.
