UK Wheel suppliers, who is out there?

I am really struggling to get anywhere with the US suppliers for new wheels, though so far only tried MRR and Paul, so to be frank I'd rather just buy locally as its too painful.

Really poor considering yesterday I order some G-Loc pads from [MENTION=22413]Optimum Performance[/MENTION] and he was super fast and within an hour had taken my monies and even better the pads arrive tomorrow. 2 days to ship from USA, that has gotta be a record. Also £350 landed for front and rear pads, a lot cheaper than the £500+ Ford wanted for stock pads which take 1-2 weeks to deliver, LOL.

So massive thumbs up to you buddy and I went with the entry level pad as my only concern was dust and the stock Ferodo pads Ford use are dirty dusty mofo's.

So anyway, please list me some UK/EU sites to check out for wheels please. My only criteria is:
- 19" (19x9.5 or 19x10 square)
- Sub 25lbs / 12kg per wheel

Think that is it.

Am very close to pulling the trigger on RTR Tech 7 or SVE S350 at moment, very well priced, flow forged and I will then get them ceramic polished before fitting.

RTR Tech Mesh was the firm favourite, until I found out its about same weight as PP wheel, gutted as loved the design and would look epic polished. :(

We're pretty raw for alloys in the UK to be honest.

As i dicussed with you on FB, I got mine from [MENTION=21881]MustangMustHaves[/MENTION] who have deals in principal with Sxywheels that can get a lot of brands. A lot of the US specific brands (RTR is currently one until Mountune pull their fingers out), are a royal pain in the arse to get over here.

You won't get any RTR from a UK seller as it's impossible to, they're in contracted negotiations with Mountune to agree mountune to sell RTR parts and such. Lot of drama happening on that it's been happening for months and means no resellers can sell the RTR goods (Not just alloys), until mountune becomes the distibutor and gets parts here... So whenever they agree their godforsaken deal lol.

I can get RTR easily, just buy from AM and ship to Stackry. I just want to see what other options I have before diving in.

Just spotted a wheel called Vertini RF1.1 which looks pretty sweeeeet.

My target so far is the Shelby 19x9.5. Shelbystore want $1300 dollars to ship :eyebulge: so was thinking about Ron Fenton and his container.

Not sure on weights, they're all forged so probably weight less than a piece of paper :lol::lol:. But I know you're picky so you may need to dig a bit more on weights, techniques used to manufacture them etc.

Anyway, they're all from [MENTION=21881]MustangMustHaves[/MENTION] suppliers, they can get them cheaper and do some deals and what not, so worth an ask, when i bought mine I must have sent PJ a list of 50 different alloys I was undecided between - along with what I wanted from the wheels and why.

[MENTION=13598]Gibbo205[/MENTION] tried need4speed yet ? project 6gr's pretty much the best wheel imo

I like the 6GR but its not my preferred design and practically the entire of the UK is running the 6GR wheel, I'd like something a little more unique.

If MRR respond I will likely just get what I had before, but polished in 19" as I really loved the design, but trying to get a response is like extracting blood from a stone.

Need4speed have replied, one of the better ones, just not come back with pricing yet.

I presume they are just seriously busy, but it doesnt make it any less annoying.

Anyway, good to know its not personal!

go with the 5 spoke 6gr's (don't think its a common wheel in the uk only ones Ive seen are enoch and mac's)

I understand when people are busy, but so far all I am trying to obtain is a price, which should be just a few minutes in a reply.

But right now I just get no response, he is either blanking me and other overseas customers or the M600 launch has them serious busy?

Either way its annoying because its now making me look elsewhere. :(

nope and the cost of wheels + tyres + shipping + tax from the states is making me cry so i'll be leaving my wheel change until last plenty of other bits first.
