Has anyone looked at the inside of the stock x pipe? Is it a true x pipe? Any bottleneck inside?

It is a true X pipe, it looked like there is a small neck down when the pipe hits the X "fitting". I say that because it almost reminds me of a plumbing/gas fitting. I just had the Shifteck pipe done, quick and easy job, sounds better too. I can take a picture of the old X pipe and post it, after work of course.

The second pic looks like a plate inside?

That's the first radius of the "X".
