Anyone here install JMS Pedalmax to reduce throttle lag? I had one from my 2015 and installed today. I think I like it. Much more responsive at the very low end. One unintended consequence is the head up shift lights on track settings is all messed up.

Any experience here?

Duh me. I had to disconnect my battery cable to install the Pedalmax. Doing so reset the the performance shift light RPM setting to 3500. I set it back to 8200 and it is fine.

I really like the reduction of throttle lag this mod delivers. I am way too chicken to tune...way

I had looked into it since the electronic throttle response had bothered me. It's a significantly noticeable difference?

I have one in my 2017 Raptor, and its nuts. Seriously hard to not spin the tires, at all speeds, when its in its most aggressive "sport plus +4" setting.

I imagine it would be pretty nuts in the Shelby too. I'm waiting for a proper tune for mine.

It is pretty noticeable. It is not a tune by any means, but I can certainly tell that the throttle response has been modified. I do not plan to take it off. I was worried it would change the drivability of the car at low end, but if anything I think it made it a bit better.

Sold...lol I'm putting off the custom tune and JLT CAI for a while until I decide if I'm boosting this R or building up a NA monster.

If we can validate its the same model I'd be interested in that.

You are smart my friend. I would have eaten 50,000 in engines (2) if I had installed the Lund tune. There is E-85 across the street.
