87 vs. 91 or 93 won't matter on the GT. No matter what fuel you put in it the GT will be significantly faster than an EB. I'm not knocking the EB, but it's slower than the GT.
Not with a few bolt ons check the 1/4 lists buddy! And part throttle? Good luck with that.

I'm probably fortunate I've never driven an EB. I would have trouble modulating the throttle to stay on the road. That immense part throttle torque would be difficult for me to deal with.

Even at idle, the ecoboost can be a handful for all but the most experienced drivers.
