I was informed by my insurance company that they would not cover me with a rear seat delete in place?? Seems bloody crazy to me, surely half the occupants means half the personal risk to said occupants?

I would have loved the Recaro option in my GT and even contacted Ford about having it, but only available on LHD for some reason.
S550Mac has just bought some, I'll be watching how he gets on with not having airbags? The Recaros in my RS are lovely, they are the "shell seats" which are a £1000 option, but again have no airbags.

Lund sent me a revised tune

"Log looked really good other wise KS is happy, Fueling is within 3%"

"I transferred Andrews R5 throttle stuff into your file" ...yoooink :D

The acceleration feels a lot smoother now, it's just the annoying rocking feeling when you change gear or brake that I now want to get rid of.

You should reply back i want my fuelling within 1%, do you know how expensive it is in the UK. ;)

Glad you like the throttle!

What is this rocking feeling? Don't think I have ever experienced that, Lund leave shift assist enabled which helps smooth shifting at normal speeds. Maybe you dislike that though the stock car does it.

What's a good fueling % ?

What's KS ?

It's like wheel hop when you brake or change gear.

3% is fine, I was joking.
KS is knock sensor. You want it at 0 or at negative numbers, positive is not good but only a worry if really +3 or more and its always in positive knock which it most definitely won't be.

This rocking I do not get, do you have Steeda differential bushing inserts installed and CB005?

nGauge shows the KS sits around 0 most of the time

Yes I have them installed, but the black ones were installed by mistake.

Suspect that is your issue. remove them completely and just run stock, I found in the end they just made the car drive horrible and ruined gear changes.

Pull them out, go back to stock, you won't regret it.

JWR, how much does it cost ?

yes , we have an installed the kit for Ben

there are 3 ways the kits can be installed , dependant on what you are looking for and budget

only one completely removes the original Ford oil modine and this is what Ben has gone for

this required us to CNC machine a replacement plate for the OEM item , removing it entirely and returning the oil via a oil resistant high pressure hose

this method adds cost to the original Mishimoto kit because the kit does not cater for the position of the UK oil modine but does potentially solve the problem as seen here

cheers
