Have any you guys had issue with losing the line lock feature after installing the PP2 tune? I was watching a YouTube video and a guy on the comments complained about this.

Leaning toward the PP2 kit. Give up a few ponies for a better all around tune is worth it to me.
PP2 and PP3 have the same amount of low-end torque. As the owner of a 1984 Rx7 for years, (absolutely gutless under 4,000 rpm), I have no love for low torque/high rpm horsepower engines. Which is also why I didn't buy a Scion FR-S

Thank you and good catch, btw - I don't want bad info here on the forum.:hail:
No worries bro, I was actually a little shocked when I saw that the PP3 has less torque than PP2.

PP2 has more peak torque but I believe I read somewhere that they were pretty close to the same on the low-end torque.

I posted the links, PP3 has a 5lb torque gain, where the PP2 has a 24lb+ torque gain.

I know but those are peak numbers at around 6500 rpm. There are graphs some where on the sight that shows they are almost equal at 1500 rpm or on the low end

Because I accelerate normally from a stop 50 times a day, I hit 7000 RPM once a month.
+1 I'd rather have more torque down low where I need it more than up top.
