Working through some issues right now with the car.
Below is one plug I pulled out, plugs have approx 11,000 boosted miles.
NGK 6510's
6000 miles with 93 and the last 5000 on E85.
Thoughts?

to really get an accurate read, you need to swap new ones in and do good wot pull then shutdown asap and pull it to look for the heat strap. and concentrate on focusing the camera in on the plugs strap. hope this helps

Looks rich to me. The plug gap is also looks to big. I would put in new ones and gap them at .025. Could be rich from small misfires from the gap to begin with.

That don't look like a good color for a car running e85,If i.were u i.would do.a compression check.on whatever cylinder is missing.

Not as easy as that.
Cylinder 2 was missing - thats where this plug came from. Put in new plug and switched coils with #5. Miss followed to #5. Put new coil on #5 all seemed good...then after WOT I now have miss on #8....:frusty:

If I were u I would check compression on that whole side,it could be rich but also.could be oil.My plug looked just like that and u know how mine turned out.Hope yours is fine but I would save yourself some time and check that side.

Did compression check on ALL cylinders. Low 180, High 185. All plugs (except the two new ones) looked the same. I had a lot of oil getting in the intake back when I ran a catch can...might be from then.?.
New plugs and coils getting installed tonight. Also did a crank relearn which did not fix anything.

That looks really bad. If it smells like fuel, it's rich. If it smells like oil, it's oil. I doubt that oil getting in through the intake would be enough to do that to a plug. As others said, .028 gap. If you had a bad coil, that would explain that cyl being rich like that if the plug isn't firing.

I’m assuming he did it to try and fix the misfire. Which it won’t.

Not sure if you are still running MSD coils like it says in your sig but if you are get rid of those and go back to OEM ones.

If the coils were bad or if plug was misfiring he should be able to.see it in the data log.His a/f on that side would be way off with the way that plug looks.
