I usually rotate through out the month between the following
Actual AFR
Knock count (I usually swap between 3-4 and 1-2)
Ign correction I pick the same cyls as knock
Since I am on methanol I do run STFT (short term fuel trim) to watch for fuel being pulled. Otherwise I will look at boost pressure when not on methanol.
