DD RGBWA DRL boards

Finally got mine installed today. Still have to figure out to have the running led lights to turn on w out me using the remote all the time to turn it on and off. And can I use an app on my phone as well?

my installer used a diode so that they are on like normal (as DRL) but I can also leave them on as parking lights while parked.

can you point me where to get those or how to tell my installer. appreciate it so much:cheers:

this is what my installer said

"Umm ground to ground then both positive wires to positive but with each having a diode inline to isolate. That way they turn on with either output but don't backfeed turning other crap on that shouldn't be"

he just tapped into the DRL light as well as the parking light using a multimeter

Hate to revive an old thread, but do these lights stay on the color chosen when you start driving or do they somehow sense acceleration and turn white?

They stay on the color last selected
