Not sure if you guys had found this yet or not, but I was perusing the internet trying to figure out what to get for a spare as I take my 2015 GT PP on road trips frequently and don't want to be without a spare. Anyway - I've never heard of these dudes (and this is not an advert for them), but it looks to be pretty awesome, though a bit pricey.

EDIT: Apparently I just didn't dig deep enough. There is already another far more advanced thread about this. (Thanks EastTNMustang)

I thought the same thing. Really hoping it is, since I do worry when traveling long distances and in remote areas. If this small time company can come up with it, why the hell can't Ford?!

Ford could, but it would raise the weight and cost of their cars, would require more staff time to develop it (and/or coordinate with suppliers), plus the market doesn't demand it, and Ford can't make much money on it, so they wimped out.

I'll be picking up one of those when/if it makes it to market. Glad to see somebody fill that niche for us.

Honestly we might see a ford part come along with the MY18s, but I'm not holding my breath.

Pricey as hell, more than I have in my full size setup, but I'd be up for getting my trunk floor back.

That is really expensive. Anyone know what size spacer you would need to allow the rear wheel to clear the front Brembos on a PP GT? 5/16" work?
