Too many to post (but will once my R is securely in my garage), but one from this morning:
"I spoke with the Sales Manager this morning and we don't have any information on the pricing but he thinks it is going to be between 102k and 105k" - Anderson, OH.
This thread should have best quotes also.

Folsom Lake Ford and Veracom Ford. Both quoted me $30K over sticker!
There are great dealers out there and even in CA. The Ford store in Morgan Hill does sell at msrp but are sold out of allocations for '17. Did find plenty of great ones out of state though.
