Finally got me some project 6GRs.

Sorry Paul I went the econo route and bought them second hand. Member Hvysoul had some slightly used satin black examples, with 305 Michelin Super sports for the rear and 285s for the front. I will use them as is for the summer, then I plan to get them powder coated competition orange. I think the look pretty good as is!

I took the car out for a rip on some of my favorite back roads today. I cannot believe what a difference these tires and wheels make, over the stock PP stuff! My wheel hop is completely gone. I can launch the car without rediculous wheel spin. I was not brave enough to figure out at what speed these start drifting, as I far surpassed the speed at which I had to throttle over steer my stock stuff. Overall the car is much more composed. I almost want to delay installing the whipple sitting on my workbench and try a couple hdpe days the way it sits.
