According to the Ford Oasis system this vin number was built on 6/2/2014 and warranty in service date of 6/30/2017.

I am pretty sure any vin starting with 299 is considered a pre production car. Not sure if it is different in any way or more valuable. It may have a different calibration than the production models.

Almost positive your car was a management lease vehicle. Not sure if I can find a paper trail of who specifically. Someone from Supervisor level on up in Dearborn. Not necessarily an "executive", but it's possible (execs usually always went for the V8s).

I'll bet they had kids. Both of the child tether covers in the rear deck are missing. ;)
