Considering to buy SVE GT or MRR M600.
Just ran into these and unfortuneatly just swapped 2 tyres to the new Michelin SS 4, keeping 2 Pirelli's in front for the time being.

Question :
Does anyone have experience with mounting a 255 tyre on a 10" wheel? Both models only start at 10" and have no 9" available.
According to the Michelin specs it works but how does it look?

Stock PP front on a 19x10 up front http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1081179#post1081179 That thread should have some more from people who reused the PP tires on theirs.

This.

I've got the stock PP rubber stretched on 10" and 11" wheels currently. Fronts look slightly less stretched than the rears, but neither look bad by any means.

A 10" Wide wheel is more comfortable on a 275 or 285 sized tire, so you'll get some stretch if you're using a 255 for sure.

You can do It has been done before many times, typically on a 10" as Jurrian mentioned a 275 or 285 is more commonly recommended, but you can use those 255 tires smoke em then get new ones.

Just saying you know a final fairwell kind of thing.

As mentioned it's a pitty I just bought these Michelins 2 weeks ago and they were not the cheapest around.

Prefer to burn these crappy Pirelli's.

Thx for all the feedback, I think I'll give it a shot as these wheels look amazing on a Stang!

I'm going to be mounting my M600's and Continental's on my car later today. The MRR's are pretty d*mn nice, and the service you would get from Paul at PK and Carlos at MRR is first class. Trust me, I know first hand. Top shelf service has an extended value all its own.

Sure, I can do that. Tire sizes are 285/35 fronts on 20x10, and 315/35 rears on 20x11.

Here they are, 285/35/20 fronts on 10" width, and 315/35/20 on 11" width. Took it for a test drive- no rubbing, no issues.
