Burning clutch smell on high speed runs

Did you take the clutch pedal spring right off? Doing that is implicated in clutch slip/wear, according to people who sell lighter replacement clutch springs.

I get the same smell on occasion. After supercharging I'm not expecting the clutch to last anyways. I'm thinking its a combination brakes, tires, some clutch.

i get the same thing. Driving normal, or even if i take it to redline for a gear or two, there is no to little smell. I launch and go through 1-5 and get the car to 120, it stinks lol

Yeah, mine will do this too after some spirited driving around town and then pulling into the garage where I can smell everything. I don't feel the clutch slipping and I don't abuse it, so I think it could be the cats getting hot. It's possible that the brakes contribute to this smell as well, but I'd have to check in more detail next time.

^ exact same for me but I think my clutch is showing symptoms ontop of the smell.
