I'm thinking this could be down to "crank re-learn"
I'm not really up on re mapping etc, but Gibbo might be able to chip in..

Yes before panicking connect up an SCT X4.
Start the car let it run for ten minutes.
Switch off, connect SCT X4 and clear all DTC/Error codes.
Start car, connect SCT X4 and perform crank relearn, follow instructions.
Turn off and restart, see if any issues, also with headers you may need to have your tune adjusted to start the emissions light illuminating or fit 02 spacers.
Start the car let it run for ten minutes.
