2016 GT Auto Shift pressure

I'm running a Lund tune. I remember initially the car shifted extremely hard. Now it seems to have softened up quite a bit. I even had Jon send his harshest trans tune. It's still firm but not instant

Anyone else have this issue? Kinda worried it might be a failing transmission or pump

It softens up based on temperature and your driving style.

My trans is all over the place. I will say under full throttle it shifts very hard
