Went to dyno only put down 642 rwhp with the 3.625 pulley
On the graph up top looked choppy people said belt was jumping
Haven't put the new 6 rib tensioner and spacer on.
If I have to pull whole plate off to put spacer on rather just do a 10 rib

What size pulley would be good with 20% overdrive ati

Belt shouldn't be slipping unless something is wrong, 3.625 alone should put you over 700hp with Whipples tune. Who tuned yours?

I don't believe it's tuner fault Lund
I was messing with that far right pulley whipple told me to move all right and belt shot off with the revised tensions
I moved that pulley back to middle and just out old tensioner on

I don't want to take entire bracket off to put spacer on
I will try to get graph put on here literally zig zag up top

3.625 with stock sized balancer is the most you can do on 93.

The 6 rib setup is good and doesn't slip according to Dustin at whipple. He claims the 10 rib is mainley for looks and overdrive damper. Boost and Dyno numbers are variables because no boost gauge is dead accurate or comparabl, and either are dynos. Whipple has tested this system so many times and headers and 3.650" pulley makes 700 or above on their Dyno consistently.

4.0" is the biggest pulley you can get with 10-rib.

With 20% OD damper, it's on the ragged edge for 93.

If you're pump (not E-85), stick with the stock damper. If you have E-85, it comes down to how much risk are you willing to take?
