Ecoboost PP wheel offset

I asked a couple years ago what the offset was for the Ecoboost PP 19x9" wheel was and was told +45. Now I'm starting to wonder if that answer was really for the GT PP 9" wheel. I noticed people putting 25mm spacers on the GT PP wheels fit different than the EB PP wheels.

Is there a way to get the correct offset for the Ecoboost PP 19x9" wheels, anyone know it for sure? Or is there a way to measure it?
