Help me decide please.
Booking my car to have the windows tinted in the next few days. Going to get my lights done at the same time.
Still undecided on what to do.
The correct red?
Smoke look with a tint
Or leave them clear

Help

Rear currently looks like this

Black or clear.

Red won't work 'As well' on yours because:
White stripes.

I'd hedge towards tinted (50-75%) However I think 50% is the limit before MOT gets a bit arsey (TBC). Tinted will go with the rest of the blacked out badges, stripe etc.
Red just adds another colour
White.... well, evidently you're thinking about changing them ;)!

Smoked would look epic and tie in with the grey stripes!

Smoked, though with a blue I think you'd get away with any of them looking good.

That's a really tough call mate. I went red because that's my fave and I think it would bring a nice contrast to the back end and gives the American look (in my eyes anyway). But then the clear does match you pin stripe well and looks great, tints would also work well with the blacked out logo look. Not helping much I know...

But as Steve said, any would look good!

Never thought I would be saying that I like the clear look but suits your car (I have red lights on my race red vert). On yours, I would either stay clear or tinted.

Ummm, hold up. Where did you get that? I need it in my life immediately!

Had a red s197 shape one a few years ago. Crap mouse but fucking cool nonetheless. Even the headlights lit up when you clicked

I would be in the clear camp - they look good with white and white stripes. If you go smoked then the white may look out of place.
