Are we getting the bright PP wheels or black ones? I think I saw someone post you can only configure black ones? I would prefer the bright ones. I am planning to order pretty much the one in your pics.
The GT in europe always comes with the black 10-Y wheels. If you get the premium package you always get the bright/silver 10-Y that you see in my pic (the configurator is not showing the silver sheels, but it's stated in the description)

And the EB? A Similar deal, but then the 'US EB wheels' in black/silver?

EB gets the black 5x2 spoke design (you see them on this page if you go to Design -> Räder on the left side) but the same silver 10-Y rims with the premium package.

( .. snip .. ) Ford always was hazy when it comes to specifying rims. Same thing when I was ordering my previous two Fords. Only back then I didn't care too much as they were company cars.

Edit: I cannot read .. must be the excitement/refreshing frenzy I am in atm :p Yay for 10-Y silver rims!

Ford are up to something on their UK site because the mustang links do not work on the Ford Range window, which hopefully means the configurator will go live asap

My local dealer forwarded me a press release from Ford NL.

It states that the 2.3L EB starts at € 55.195,- and the V8 GT starts at € 112.195,-

This is a lot, but we were expecting this due to our silly emission taxes.

It's actually completely rediculous.

The Ecoboost with manual transmission costs EUR 35.000 in Germany. Adjusted for 21% VAT (versus 19 in Germany) that is EUR 35.588. The Dutch emission tax on the manual will be EUR 12.322 (based on 179 grams CO2).

Total when you import your car from Germany to the Netherlands: EUR 47.910

That makes the official Dutch price (EUR 55.195) EUR 7.285 higher :headbonk:

@Lord Thunder: I added your info to the first post, thanks!

Translating your press release, I found an interisting chapter:
"The all-new Ford Mustang can be ordered at any Ford dealer in the Netherlands. the
Mustang will, however, be seen only in the showrooms of the new Ford Stores are.
Ford Stores are called 'Flagship' stores from Ford."

So we could order Mustang at any Ford dealer, but look at it in person only in Ford Stores!

Why do they even offer the Mustang for these prices? You can buy a 911 Carrera or Panamera S in NL for the price of the GT.

Don't you have your calculations backwards? You need to pay VAT over the emission tax as well. (Plus you probably need to pay 10% import tax?)

Exactly, I don't expect them to sell many. (if any at all)

Oh my.

:'(

We're way into BMW and Porsche territory up here... and those prices are correct unfortunately...

Add convertible: 50000 NOK = €6385
Add automatic: 100000 NOK = €12770

Holy mackerel!

Is the CO2 output from the automatic THAT much higher?! (I'm guessing that's the reason for the price hike)... I really wanted an auto convertible... but with these prices I'm being force to look at the Z4 or the 428i ... or get two Audi TTS! (Those are all available with smaller engines, i.e. less taxes). And yea, no use in buying abroad - taxes need to be paid at the border or you'll incur even heftier fines and taxes.

F...

Anyone know exactly what the D2VB3/D2GBU rim option is?
