I have made a call to consumer affairs and they have advised me that I need to have letters drawn out lining why the car is not up to the standard expected and this is on the dealer and secondly onto Ford Australia. I have talked to the dealer and he has found a replacement car and has submitted the paperwork to Ford Australia. This was done on Wednesday and with Ford complains only confirming they received it on Friday afternoon.Get legal involved
