I picked up a PP strut tower brace from Mikeyd56 and installed it just the other day. I have to say it is definitely the easiest install by far. All you need is a 15mm socket and you are set. here is the video I put together for the install.

Note: PP and non-PP cars are both equipped with the upper K brace. so all you need is the strut tower brace from a PP car.

Non-PP cars most definitely do not have the k- brace. Do you have 20" OEM wheels ?

Yep that's right. His sig says he has the 20" wheels so that's why he has the K brace. I thought the 20" wheel cars also got the strut brace as well, but I guess not.

That is weird why the 20" cars get the support but the others do not. anyone know why?

Great video, did you use a torque wrench or just any wrench to tighten the bolts?

Thanks! I just tightened them down for now since I'm going to be removing it shortly to paint the engine and coil covers. FYI: The torque spec is 41ft lbs

Just to add some info, all EU models (EB and GT) have the K-brace even if we can only have 19" wheels.
Oh and no strut tower brace on the GT!

What size nuts are used for mounting the strut brace? Or do you use existing nuts?
