Remember the class action lawsuit GT350 took vs Ford for tech packs going into limp mode? well this time its GM getting sued :lol:

The new zl1 does not share these same cooling issues as far as i know!

GM never sold it as a track car. I have read and there are owners of '16 and '17 MY Z06's in this class action suit. The heat soak issues were evident right when the car came out in 2015. These people knew what they were buying and now want a piece of the lawsuit pie. (you can market it as track inspired and not mean track ready)
