yep must be synch 3.... I looked and looked. the only shift indicator I got was a whole lot of red!

Mine is a '17 and has it too. I thought it was telling me to press ok which I didn't coz I don't care.

Mine is a Synch 3 2016 GT Auto model and it comes when I switch to sport mode and use the paddles, which is the only way I drive the car, unless I'm in stop start traffic.
But I took it as an indication to rev it out for another 4000rpm and then change gears.

Haha... never saw it as rev encouragement before.. that made me laugh.

Had a look yesterday, revved the tits off it in second, no green arrow. Have always just changed up when I wanted too Wait for some yank suing Ford for a wrecked engine because his car didn't tell him to change gears!

I laughed at some of the comments here, so funny.
Give a rev head a little green arrow and we think it means "take it to red line"

I got my GT yesterday and it did my head in as I was like what's that for.
