I purchased these this week from American Muscle ($199) and my custom wheels are scrubbing on them ever so slightly. I mounted one to test, it has the slightest little mark on it (you could use a Sharpie on it, I have it pictured here) and you can tell by looking at the mounting tabs I mounted it (you dont' see those).

$150 shipped in the USA, PayPal all good.
