Took these off at around 12k miles and have them sitting in a box in my parents garage. You'll just need to reuse your own bolts/dust boots etc but you'll have everything needed to install.

I'm not sure how much stiffer they are but I would imagine it would be a light upgrade for a non pp ecoboost or a V6 in terms of stability.

They are included, I realized when I posted I forgot to take them out of the box for the pic.
